Wayne has a respected reputation locally having strived through the ups and downs of the property industry for the last 28 years. In 2005 Wayne became a Director of Graham & Co applying himself successfully within the team which has become the main selling and letting agent within the area. Wayne has a wealth of experience in every aspect of the moving process and prides himself on providing excellent customer service.
Working within the area which he has chosen to call his home, Wayne lives locally with his family. When not keeping busy in the world of estate agency, he enjoys training in Tae-Kwon-Do and has achieved his black belt. He also enjoys running and training in his local gym.

Guy started in the property industry after leaving college in 1998 and in that time has built up a wealth of experience within the field. Having worked as part of the Graham and Co team for a number years Guy was appointed a Director of the company early in 2014. Living locally Guy enjoys spending his time away from work in the great outdoors with his wife Amy, two sons Oliver and George, as well as Bobby the dog and James the cat.

Stuart originally trained at Trinity College of Music as a classical musician and became an Estate Agent in Andover in 1982. He worked for other estate agents within the town and set up his own business in 2000. He was joined by fellow director Wayne Turpin in 2005 and has since seen the business grow from strength to strength. His particular expertise and focus is in mature properties in the town, retirement homes and village property. His hobbies include golf, cricket, rugby and classical music.

Jacqui has been in the estate agency business since 1983 working for both corporate and independent companies in a variety of roles allowing her to gain a wide range of experience in all aspects of estate agency. As a member of the NAEA and with a wealth of local knowledge, Jacqui provides sound advice which compliments the very experienced team in Graham & Co.
On a personal level Jacqui says working in an office with a professional attitude but with colleagues who have a sense of humour is a refreshing environment and makes the job most enjoyable. When time allows Jacqui has a passion for gardening, is an accomplished dressmaker, dabbles in arts and crafts and enjoys meeting up with friends.

Tanya has been in the estate agency business since 2011 and is pleased to have joined Graham & Co. Having previously worked for a local independent estate agent in Andover. Tanya has an infectious energy and a wealth of knowledge but also prides herself on the level of customer care that she offers.
She has a proven track record of success in attracting and executing marketing appraisals in Andover and surrounding areas and has also built up a strong network locally, actively liaising with potential buyers and investors and always ensures that her clients’ properties are marketed in a professional and highly effective manner.
Tanya is very family orientated and loves to spend her spare time at family gatherings and socialising with friends. She also enjoys doing up her property and having holidays abroad to see different parts of the world.

After leaving college Ross followed his passion for health and fitness, studying to become a personal trainer. Seeking a new challenge he joined a corporate estate agent where, for the last two years, he has gained knowledge on bespoke marketing strategies. He joins the Graham & Co team to further his career in property and prides himself on providing a first class service from start to finish and giving honest professional advice.
In his spare time Ross enjoys, football and rugby and walking his two Newfoundland dogs.

Fiona Saunders

Sales Co-ordinator

Fiona joined Graham & Co in 2012 having previously worked in the legal profession as a residential conveyancing lawyer in Andover. With over twenty five years experience she is able to provide advice on all legal aspects of house moving. She works as sales co-ordinator in our residential sales team ensuring every client has a professional yet friendly level of service.
Fiona lives locally with her partner and in her spare time is a keen walker and enjoys music, film and cooking.

David Dobson

David Dobson

Branch Manager, Whitchurch

David has previously worked in a sales background and joined Graham & Co in 2013. He is well known and respected in the local community and has built a solid reputation for Graham & Co in Whitchurch. David is always on hand to deliver the high level of customer support that Graham & Co has built its reputation on as being ‘First for Service’ in the town. He lives with his partner and spends his time with his children and walking their dogs.

Toby Graham

Toby has been brought up within the world of property. After leaving Test Valley School and Peter Symonds college, Toby spent four years in the banking industry and working weekends at Graham & Co. Toby has transferred his skills into estate agency and is currently studying for his exams with the National Federation of Property Professionals.
In his spare time Toby enjoys playing golf, watching rugby and football, and going on holiday.

Before taking on the senior role at Graham & Co, Vicky worked as Lettings Manager for two local estate agencies within Andover. Vicky and the entire team at Graham & Co place a huge amount of importance on providing clients with a high level of customer service regardless of whether a landlord has one property or a large portfolio. Vicky has experience in dealing with a wide variety of properties ranging from apartments in town to substantial village properties. In her spare time Vicky enjoys reading, writing and cooking.

Carol has lived and worked in the Andover area all her life. After leaving a career in insurance to bring up her two sons she started working in the property industry over 18 years ago and is well versed in all aspects of property management. Carol joined Graham & Co in 2005 and joined the lettings department in 2009. In her spare time Carol enjoys watching sport and likes to travel.

Lesley Horner

With 20 years experience in the residential lettings market in the local area Lesley is an extremely experienced member of the lettings team. She is regarded as one of the most knowledgeable professionals in the industry. Lesley is ARLA (Association of Residential Letting Agents) qualified and is able to provide clients with invaluable advice on the legal aspects involved in letting a property. In her spare time she enjoys walking, gardening and horse racing.

Brooke joined Graham & Co as a Lettings Negotiator back in 2013. She has been working within the property industry for seven years and previously worked in social housing. She has good knowledge and a wide range of experience in both public and private housing and has now decided to pursue her career within the private sector. Brooke enjoys her job and loves meeting new people every day to help find their perfect home.
In her spare time Brooke enjoys socialising with family and friends, sunny holidays abroad and visiting new places.

Sue has lived and worked in the Andover area all her life. She has worked within the estate agency industry over the last 20 years and has a good understanding of both sales and lettings. Sue has moved into the lettings department and enjoys all aspects of her role, especially meeting new people and helping deal with any queries from both landlords and tenants. In her spare time Sue enjoys spending time with her family and friends, entertaining and cooking. She would like to fulfil a lifetime ambition of travelling to new countries and gaining cultural experiences in the future.

Having joined Graham & Co in 2011, Amie helps to provide invaluable administrative support to the sales team alongside Sue. In her spare time, Amie enjoys spending time with her friends, walking her dogs and riding her ex-racehorse Kally through the beautiful surrounding countryside around Andover.

Returning to work after a break to bring up her son, Sue joined Graham & Co in 2013. Sue previously worked in the publishing industry and is thoroughly enjoying being back in the office environment providing administrative assistance to the sales team. Sue has lived in Andover for the past 20 years and in her spare time she enjoys photography and exploring the Hampshire and Dorset countryside.
